Cafe by the River - La Union

We recently visited this charming café and enjoyed the drinks we tried. Although we couldn’t sample the food, we were really impressed with the café’s quaint and thoughtfully decorated ambiance. Unfortunately, we were unable to sit by the river as we had hoped, due to the seating being removed for safety reasons after the typhoon, but we completely understand. We had a great time playing with the sungka and taking photos. Thanks for the enjoyable experience!

Coffee by the River offers a tranquil escape, perfect for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere. The coffee is consistently good, and the riverside setting provides a picturesque backdrop. Service is generally friendly and efficient. While prices are slightly higher than average, the ambiance and quality justify the cost for a special occasion or a peaceful break.

A nice place to chill and still connected to nature. The ambiance is very relaxing. It’s near the rive and it’s best during summer, not for the rainy season. The food is okay and the prices are reasonable and they have free Wi-Fi. They have CR. The theme is giving rustic brown type of vibes. Looking forward to staying beside the river like a picnic because we didn’t had the chance due to heavy rains. Reminder: The place is somewhat near the bridge and highway, you can walk but it’s best if you have a ride.

It is a very chill place, regardless of the heat in the country as a whole when I visited. It's windy there. No chance of actually getting into the water, but it's got a good look, and the food and drinks are worth a short break from city life. It's a good place to hold an event.

The experience all in all is great. Food is affordable and tasty. They're more on snacks than meals. The view was so beautiful especially the riverside pero may tables din sila for dine in customers na dun sa mismong cafe.
